The Clover Club Cocktail

The Clover Club cocktail is a classic drink that can be traced back to Philadelphia’s Bellevue-Stratford Hotel in the late 1800s. This bright, fruity pre-Prohibition classic is a sour cocktail that has once again become a popular drink choice for many.

Its resurgence in popularity was solidified in 2008 when Julie Reiner opened a cocktail bar in Brooklyn, New York named after the classic drink. And now the Clover Club cocktail is found on menus across the globe.

This pink cocktail is a striking one in both appearance and flavor. The raspberry syrup gives the drink a beautiful bright pink hue which is topped with a creamy egg white foam.
